vm: Reword grub.cfg to bootcfg.

* gnu/build/vm.scm (register-grub.cfg-root): Reword grub.cfg to bootcfg,
(initialize-hard-disk): ditto,
* gnu/system/vm.scm (system-disk-image): ditto,
(system-qemu-image): ditto,
(system-qemu-image/shared-store): ditto.
