daemon: Don't abort when $PATH is undefined. 

* nix/nix-daemon/guix-daemon.cc (main): Check whether getenv ("PATH")
  returns NULL before blindly initializing 'search_path'.  Before that
  'guix-daemon' would abort when run in an environment where 'PATH' is
  undefined.
