(install-bootloader): Delete variable.
* gnu/machine/ssh.scm (deploy-managed-host): Rewrite procedure.
* gnu/services/herd.scm (live-service): Export variable.
* gnu/services/herd.scm (live-service-canonical-name): New variable.
* tests/services.scm (live-service): Delete variable.
