git: Add 'commit-difference'.

* guix/git.scm (commit-closure, commit-difference): New procedures.
* guix/tests/git.scm, tests/git.scm: New files.
* Makefile.am (dist_noinst_DATA): Add guix/tests/git.scm.
(SCM_TESTS): Add tests/git.scm.
