packages: Use '--no-backup-if-mismatch' for patching.

Suggested-by: Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>

* guix/packages.scm (patch-and-repack)[build]: Use
  '--no-backup-if-mismatch' patch flag to avoid making *.orig files.
