gexp: Lowering a <computed-file> honors SYSTEM and TARGET.

* guix/gexp.scm (computed-file-compiler): Pass #:system and #:target to
'gexp->derivation'.
* tests/gexp.scm ("lower-object, computed-file, #:system"): New test.
