guix gc: Add '--list-roots'.

* guix/scripts/gc.scm (show-help, %options): Add '--list-roots'.
(guix-gc)[list-roots]: New procedure.
Handle '--list-roots'.
* tests/guix-gc.sh: Test it.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix gc): Document it.
