gnu: gcc: Add Texinfo to the native inputs.

* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-4.7): Add `native-inputs' field.
  (gcc-4.8): Remove outdated comment.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (gcc-boot0): Add `native-inputs' field.
