  [builder]: Rename to...
  [build]: ... this.  Use gexps instead of sexps.
  (patch-and-repack*): Remove.
  (origin->derivation): Use 'patch-and-repack' instead of
  'patch-and-repack*'.
* tests/packages.scm ("package-source-derivation,
  snippet")[source](snippet): Remove references to '%build-inputs' and
  '%outputs'.
