ui: (size->number "1.M") is correctly parsed. 

Reported by Pierre Neidhardt <mail@ambrevar.xyz>.

* guix/ui.scm (size->number)[unit-pos]: Add #\. to CHAR-SET:DIGIT.
* tests/ui.scm ("size->number, 1.M"): New test.
