* gnu/system.scm (etc-directory)[profile]: Source
  /run/current-system/profile/etc/profile and
  $HOME/.guix-profile/etc/profile when available.  Move definitions of
  SSL_CERT_DIR, SSL_CERT_FILE, and GIT_SSL_CAINFO before that.
