(%static-inputs)[gawk]: Apply `gawk-shell.patch'. [finalize]: New procedure. Build all the packages against %STANDARD-INPUTS-WITH-RELOCATABLE-GLIBC. (%glibc-stripped): Inherit from %GLIBC-WITH-RELOCATABLE-SYSTEM.
