* add rgb led configuration for xd87

* Add RGB underglow to a separate keymap

* rename keymap and make small review changes

# The default RGB underglow layout for xd87
The RGB Underglow feature is disabled by default. This specific keymap enables RGB Underglow but disables the Command feature in order to save space.
