Ryan MacLean 07be7b8d69 Reverting CMD Changes 
Adding the CMD from @edasque in once more as it allows specifying more than one board via host ENV vars. 
Currently, the Dockerfile is hard-coded.

getting_started_build_tools.md in this commit:
